In order to receive what you donated for, you MUST be logged onto the server at the time of the donation. If you are not logged on at the time of payment, you will receive nothing. This has nothing to do with how our server works, but how buycraft works, and there is nothing we can do to change it. The reason this is the way it is, is because when you buy the package buycraft sends commands to the server for the server console to execute using your username, but if you are not logged onto the server at the time, there will be no user for the console to execute the commands on. Admins and Owners cannot be held liable for the mistakes made by players that can be avoided, and that have already been addressed. This avoidable mistakes are time consuming to correct. Mistakes such as donating while not logged onto the server, are warned against and addressed.
